One to one yoga offerings are available both in person and via zoom. During the pandemic we have introduced lower rates for private and single household semi-private sessions. Rates are available below and a sliding scale is available by request.
Studies have shown that yoga and meditation work faster than many other treatments for depression and anxiety. If you are suffering from stress related concerns like loss of sleep, exhaustion or fatigue, intrusive thoughts and worry, an inability to connect to joy, lack of energy to do the things that once made you happy, yoga and meditation can help you. Yoga does not replace the need for a doctor's advice in the treatment of one's mental health but it does give you the tools and the power to take charge of your own healing.
