Close out summer with a weekend yoga retreat in Saugatuck! You’ll be immersed in nature with options for yoga on Oval Beach, paddle board yoga on Goshorn Lake, and guided hikes though Mt. Baldhead. Relax and find your inner calm with sound healing, candlelight restorative yoga and yoga nidra in our peaceful studio downtown. Connect with others retreaters, bring a friend or loved one, or simply enjoy taking time some much deserved time for yourself. One vegetarian meal is included each day. Lodging is not included. FRIDAY:

6pm Gather & Meet

7pm Sound Healing

9pm Close

SATURDAY:

9am Yoga on Oval Beach

10:30am - 2pm Free time

2pm - 5:30pm Yoga and the 5 Elements - 

5:30pm - 7pm Dinner together 

7pm - 9pm  Candlelight restorative yoga & yoga nidra

SUN:

8:30am Gather & light breakfast or free time

10:30am Paddle Board Yoga or guided hike 

12pm-2pm Lunch together & social time

2pm-3:30pm 5 elements & 7 chakras & 1 balanced self

3:30pm-5pm Closing circle
