We know not everyone has a desire to teach yoga yet we want more people to have access to the teachings and life changing wisdom of yoga.
It is not uncommon for participants in our yoga teacher trainings to tell us that the program was life changing for them and the experience of being in an immersion has opened new doors and influenced how they practice, how they relate to the world around them, and how they relate to themselves.
That is why we offer both a yoga teacher training program as well as immersions and courses. We’re here to provide an exceptional education on the topics of alignment and functional anatomy, sequencing, classical and tantric yoga philosophy, meditation and more.
These courses and our full 52 hour immersion are designed for those who want to continue their yoga studies and deepen their experience yoga but don’t necessarily intend to teach yoga and also for those who:

Full immersion - 52 hours
Join Harvey Deutch, experienced registered yoga instructor and physical therapist in this fan favorite course. An in depth and experiential study of functional anatomy and movement science as it pertains to yoga.
Acclaimed physical therapist, yogi, and beloved teacher, Harvey Deutch, P.T. has been merging the art and science of yoga and physical therapy for over 33 years, exploring and perfecting the the nuances of each. Along with his signature humor, Harvey is well-known for taking two-dimensional anatomy off the page and making it burst alive on the mat.

The study of asana, prana, energetics and the bandhas. Join Teresa Van Eyk as we dive deep into both the anatomy and energy of asana. Learn the 6 categories of poses, alignment principles and correction and modifications within each category. You’ll learn the benefits, risks and contraindications for each pose type and how to sequence and warm up intentionally, safely and intelligently. You will also learn how the poses effect the energy systems, such as the chakras and vayus, and which asanas are most effective for working with each chakra.
