Satya Social Launch | Manifest
Satya Social is a new monthly gathering created to bring our community together beyond the yoga mat.
Each month we’ll explore something fun and meaningful together—whether that’s games, a group hike, bowling, or supporting local restaurants during the quieter season.
Our first event will be a casual meet up at Manifest, where we’ll share pizza from several local spots (supporting them during this slower season) and enjoy a little wine while connecting and gathering ideas for future gatherings. Come as you are, meet fellow community members, and help shape what Satya Social becomes.

Explore how a whole-food, plant-forward lifestyle can gently support your energy, heart health, digestion, and overall well-being. Whether you’re simply curious or ready to make meaningful shifts, this space is designed to meet you where you are. This workshop is part of a three part series. You can attend just one or all three sessions.
What You’ll Experience in This Series:
● Clear guidance on the foundations of plant-forward nutrition
● Tools to help you create sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle
● Education around the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine and prevention
● Space for questions, reflection, and personal goal setting
● Encouragement without pressure — change that feels doable
Rebecca brings over 25 years of experience working alongside healthcare professionals, combined with her certification in Health & Wellness Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This 6 week series requires no previous experience. Learn and practice the skill of improvisation. If you want to learn how to say yes to the moment, gain the confidence to teach yoga or speak in public, or if you’re looking to keep your mind sharp in retirement, to learn how to listen actively and respond mindfully, or you just want to try something fun this spring, this series is for you!
