Practicing them together offers a rich experience that can deepen your practice and understanding of yoga in a meaningful way. Our new series Yoga for Men is an all levels class and open to all men regardless of previous yoga experience. Join Lisa Bensinger for this light hearted men's yoga class that focuses on building flexibility, relieving general aches and pains, and alignment in yoga postures.
