Come honor the Winter Solstice with us! Join Michelle Shaw and Teresa Van Eyk for this special event at The Saugatuck Yacht Club. Michelle will lead you through solstice inspired breathwork and yoga. Teresa will lead you through a sound bath with crystal singing bowls. You’ll feel relaxed, uplifted, and renewed on the evening of the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, the point at which the days get longer again, and the return of the light.

Your session includes yoga, sound bath, breathwork, yoga nidra and a sankalpa workshop.
These practices are intended to help you create space within, to honor stillness, and to help you connect to a deeper sense of joy and clarity as we move into 2026.

Offered once a month with Teresa. The session begins with breathwork and chanting mantras and concludes with a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and gongs. All levels are welcome. Registration is required.

Join Julie and Teresa for an evening of relaxation and bliss! Julie will guide you through a gentle therapeutic sequence of restorative postures with props and support. Teresa will accompany with crystal singing bowls. The session concludes with a sound bath with bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes, soothing vocals, and mantra. All levels are welcome. Registration is required.

Looking to go a little deeper? Join Teresa Van Eyk, eryt500, for an in depth exploration of yoga asanas. This workshop focuses on yoga poses that are considered backbends and laterals. We'll study and practice common backbend postures such as Warrior 1, Chair, Upward Facing Dog, and Bow and lateral poses like Triangle and Side Angle. You'll learn safe alignment principals, how to modify to meet your needs, benefits and contraindications, as well as the physical and energetic effects.

Looking to go a little deeper? Join Teresa Van Eyk, eryt500, for an in depth exploration of yoga asanas. This workshop focuses on yoga poses that are considered forward bends and twists. We'll study and practice common postures such as Plow, Seated Foward Bend Uttanasana, Revolved Triangle and Revolved 1/2 Moon. You'll learn safe alignment principals, how to modify to meet your needs, benefits and contraindications, as well as the physical and energetic effects.

Offered once a month with Teresa. The session begins with 45 minute practice of breathwork and mantra and concludes with a 30 minute sound bath with crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and gongs. All levels are welcome. Registration is required.

We'll study and practice supported inversions. This workshop focuses on yoga poses that are considered extensions such as Warrior 2, Downward Facing Dog, as well as the 3 energy locks known as Mula, Uddiyana, and Jalandhara Bandhas. You'll learn safe alignment principals, how to modify to meet your needs, benefits and contraindications, as well as the physical and energetic effects.
