
Gather with us for a special evening with Harvey & Teresa at Satya Yoga & Manifest Events! We are beyond excited to host Harvey for his spring Michigan visit May 14 - 21.
We’ll begin in the beautiful studio space at Satya. Harvey will lead you through an evening yoga session of therapeutic yoga and Teresa will lull you into deep relaxation through crystal singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments. After we will enjoy community and meaningful time together with a shared meal of Indian cuisine. $99 ticket cost covers the cost of the experience including your yoga and sound bath, entree, wine, and dessert. This event is limited to 24 participants. We recommend signing up right away. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable.

Learn the movement mechanics for your feet, knees, hips, and pelvis and explore therapeutic yoga techniques to strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize. This workshop is educational with lecture and discussion and also experiential through practice and play. You’ll gain a whole new understanding of how your body is meant to move. Space is limited. Each session is unique and focuses on the themes of the current moon. offering will include yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, as well as contemplation and connection. May 31st is the blue moon which represents; appreciation of growth and abundance, capturing rare moments, and inward moving contemplation. Space is limited. Sign up is highly suggested.

Since 1998, she had integrated Contemplative practices, like Yoga and Mindfulness, with modern Neuroscience, and Trauma therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help people heal and thrive amidst life's challenges. Her depth of knowledge and engaging pedagogy make Karina a favorite presenter at universities, trainings and conferences. Her inclusive and compassionate nature resonate with folks from all walks of life.

Karina has been my teacher and mentor going all the way back to my first yoga teacher training in 2013. I studied and trained under Karina in the style of Tantric Hatha Vinyasa and Meditation in both the 200 hour and 300 hour formats. The philosophy, techniques, and mindset coaching that Karina has shared with me through retreats, workshops, and trainings have deeply influenced the way I teach and the way I live and relate to myself and the world around me. It is an absolute honor to have her share these teachings and practices with us here at Satya.

Experience deep rest through the lens of ancient wisdom and modern sleep science. This 90-minute workshop introduces the Panchamaya Koshas—the five layers of being—alongside simple insights into how the brain and body restore during rest. The session includes a 25–30 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to calm the nervous system and replenish depleted energy.

Join Teresa and Brian for a special evening at Oval Beach as we gather to celebrate Pride through movement, sound, community, and the beauty of a Lake Michigan sunset.
Together, we’ll begin with a gentle yoga practice, settle into a peaceful sound bath, and then share a nourishing dinner as the sun slowly melts into the horizon.
Dinner will be catered by Farmhouse Deli with boxed meal options including chicken, salmon, or vegetarian selections. Please email your preference after you register.
What to bring:
• A towel or yoga mat (some mats will be available)
• A chair or blanket if you’d like to relax for sunset
• Your favorite beverage to enjoy during dinner
Please note: no alcohol or glass containers are permitted at the beach.

Join Teresa and Stacy on Oval Beach for a special Summer Solstice Yoga + Sound Bath. Stacy will lead you through an all levels solstice inspired practice and at the end of the session Teresa will lead you into summer dreaming and relaxation with a crystal singing bowl sound bath.
The Summer Solstice is a time to celebrate the sun as a symbol of light and abundance, and to honor the rhythm and cycles of the seasons and of life. We are excited to gather in community, to reflect and be grateful for what has grown in our lives, to set intentions for the seasons to come, and to release what no longer serves.
If you'd like to join in it is best to sign up in advance. We meet on the north side of Oval beach the same as years past. Bring a mat or a towel or if you'd like us to bring a mat for you please let us know.

Join us in Manifest for an evening of relaxation and meditation through sound. Slow and low resonant tones of Tuvan throat singing, the breath of the bansuri flute, mantra, rhythm, and layered symphonic textures.This is not a performance but a space to rest.
You'll be guided into a comfortable reclined or seated position, supported by blankets, bolsters, and stillness-like settling into savasana. No experience needed.
Space is limited. Registration is required.

You'll leave with your own sizable painting on raw canvas to take home.
WHO IS IT FOR: You don't need to be an artist. You don't need meditation experience.
FACILITATORS: Theresa Gray - Leading the painting with sustainably sourced natural pigments and Michelle Shaw - Guiding the movement, breath, and meditation practices.
