Amy will lead you through gentle candlelight yoga for relaxation with expertise and care. During the session Teresa leads a sound healing with crystal singing bowls, vocals, and other therapeutic instruments to guide you in to a deeper state of relaxation to support your own inner healing. Space is limited and we'd love to you there so registration in advance is highly suggested.

In this session, we will guide you through fundamental movements, breathwork, and an exploration of yoga philosophy and principles. You’ll also have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our space and learn more about the vibrant community we’ve cultivated here. Of course, we’ll leave time for any questions you may have—because I truly enjoy answering them and helping you feel at ease.
Rebecca will lead you through 60 minutes of grounded and peaceful yin postures followed by a 30 minute yoga nidra practice.
Yoga nidra, sometimes called yogic sleep, is a systematic relaxation process that helps release tension in the body and mind, and moves you into a state of deep relaxation. Yin is a style of yoga in which the postures are held for a long duration with some sensation and intensity. Yin yoga offers the practitioner more time in the pose to settle in and let go of tension. All levels and beginners are welcome.
Join Julie for a workshop that will guide you through multiple mobilizing exercises and therapeutic stretches on the BackMitra. The BackMitra is a targeted yoga prop used as part of asana practice to improve your posture while increasing spinal strength and mobility. Julie regularly incorporates work on the BackMitra into her weekly yoga classes on Fridays at Satya Yoga. The cost of this workshop includes you own BackMitra (a $40 value) as well as a handout with photos and written descriptions of exercises for your personal practice.
