Join us for an immersive 30 hour sound healing training designed for yoga teachers and students, wellness practitioners, healthcare professionals, musicians, and anyone called to explore the profound relationship between sound, science, and healing.

Over three transformative weekends, you'll journey into both the modern science and ancient wisdom of sound healing. Together, we'll explore how vibration influences the nervous system, brain waves, emotions, and the human body, while studying the timeless teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Nada Yoga, the Yoga of Sound.

This training is more than learning to play singing bowls and gongs. It is an invitation to cultivate deep listening, presence, and the ability to create meaningful and healing experiences for yourself and others.

Teresa Van Eyk ERYT, is a sacred sound facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, and owner of Satya Yoga. She leads meaningful yoga experiences and teacher trainings at her studio in Saugatuck, MI and on retreat. Her offerings and trainings are adaptive and accessible. Teresa blends the science of sound medicine with the magic and joy of Nada yoga, the yoga of sound. 

Teresa is a practitioner and teacher of Yoga and Meditation in the Himalayan lineage since 2009.

She has studied Ayurveda with the American Institute of Vedic Studies. Her education in sound healing has come through multiple sources. A musician and singer most of her life, Teresa deepened her journey into mantra in 2015 and then again in 2020 with the purchase of her first harmonium. She has taken online courses in mantra and harmonium with Krishna Das, singing bowl training with Ali Young founder of Chiang Mai Holisitc. Her knowledge and perspective in sound medicine is deeply influenced by the work Dr. Kulreet Chaudry, MD.
