This training and the culture of our studio is rooted in Satya, which means Truth and truthfulness. We are committed to training conscious and compassionate teachers who understand the roots of yoga history and philosophy, can sequence classes skillfully and safely for their students, who understand both functional anatomy and the depth and the scope of yoga beyond the poses.
