Graduating from a yoga teacher training program isn’t the end of a journey, it is the beginning of a lifelong path. Often when teachers graduate they’re left feeling like they’re not sure what to do next. This course is intended to offer the support you need after training ends. 

Over the course of three weekend intensives:

• how to teach with more confidence 

• opportunities for practice teaching 

• refine your vocal and physical presence

• develop a yoga bio and refine your message

• take a headshot that you can use in your promotions

This training is more than learning to play singing bowls and gongs. It is an invitation to cultivate deep listening, presence, and the ability to create meaningful and healing experiences for yourself and others.

Teresa Van Eyk ERYT, is a sacred sound facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, and owner of Satya Yoga. She leads meaningful yoga experiences and teacher trainings at her studio in Saugatuck, MI and on retreat. Her offerings and trainings are adaptive and accessible. Teresa blends the science of sound medicine with the magic and joy of Nada yoga, the yoga of sound. 

Teresa is a practitioner and teacher of Yoga and Meditation in the Himalayan lineage since 2009.

She has studied Ayurveda with the American Institute of Vedic Studies. Her education in sound healing has come through multiple sources. A musician and singer most of her life, Teresa deepened her journey into mantra in 2015 and then again in 2020 with the purchase of her first harmonium. She has taken online courses in mantra and harmonium with Krishna Das, singing bowl training with Ali Young founder of Chiang Mai Holisitc. Her knowledge and perspective in sound medicine is deeply influenced by the work Dr. Kulreet Chaudry, MD.
