Michael completed his 200-hour teacher training at Satya Yoga in June 2025 after more than 15 years of dedicated student practice. His teaching blends tradition with accessibility, offering students tools to balance steadfastness and easefulness in the modern world.
Michael leads Move + Breath + Meditate, a class that weaves together asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation). His goal is to guide students toward a more complete yoga practice — one that nurtures body, mind, and spirit in equal parts.
