One to one yoga offerings are available both in person and via zoom. In these challenging times we have introduced lower rates for private and single household semi-private sessions. Rates are available below and a sliding scale is available by request.

If you are suffering from stress, anxiety, or depression, yoga and meditation can help you. Yoga does not replace the need for a doctor's advice in the treatment of one's mental health but it does give you the tools and the power to take charge of your own healing.
