Our yoga teacher training program meets and exceeds the highest industry standards and is Yoga Alliance accredited. Our program trainers are exceptional educators with the knowledge and experience needed to guide and support you on your way to becoming a yoga teacher. 

• Deepen your knowledge of yoga and your connection to your personal practice. 
• Learn how to keep students safe using intelligent sequencing and through in depth study of the functional anatomy as applied in yoga. 
• Be immersed in the wisdom of the teachings and philosophies of Classical and Tantric Hatha Yoga. 
• Learn how to share these teachings in a group yoga class setting and in private sessions.
• Explore and refine your asana and pranayama practice and learn to teach asana and pranayama to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
• Be supported in a community that is welcoming and non-competitive.

Your program tuition includes 9 months unlimited yoga classes!

PROGRAM CURRICULUM:

100 HOURS - Techniques, Training, and Practice: Developing a deeper relationship to yoga practice, learning asana, pranayama, meditation and the key components to teaching these techniques. Learn to teach hatha, vinyasa, and restorative styles of yoga in group classes and in private sessions. 

24 HOURS - Anatomy & Physiology: Study of the bodily systems and physical anatomy. 24 hours of anatomy as it pertains to yoga. 

35 HOURS - Yoga Humanities: Understanding the ethical standards of teaching yoga, study of yoga philosophy including the Yoga Sutras, the 8 Limb, learning the history of yoga, how to practice your yoga in your daily life. 

35 HOURS - Teacher Development: Methodology of teaching and practicum teaching. Practice teaching in small groups. Learn how to teach yoga, how demonstrate poses, how to observe the bodies of your students, and to offer modifications and assists.

TUITION:

Early bird registration - $2975 (paid before Sept. 3, 2025)

Registration - $3275 (paid in full before start date)
Installment plan - $3575

PAYMENT POLICIES:​

Missed payments may result in termination from the training. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable once the training begins. If the participant misses a session, it is his or her responsibility to schedule make up hours with Teresa or participate through recorded sessions. In person make up hours are not included in the cost of training can vary from the cost of a class or workshop to the cost of a private lesson depending on the content and numbers of hours missed.

4. After we accept your application we ask for a $300 deposit to save your space in the program.

5. You may begin your unlimited yoga membership that comes with the program any time after you pay your deposit or at the program start.
