
Start the New Year with a little you time. Join us for our one day retreat, Saturday, January 3, as we focus on Sankalpa, Yoga Nidra, and the Power of Intention.
Sankalpa
Your retreat includes yoga, sound bath, breathwork, yoga nidra and a sankalpa workshop, as wells as a nourishing meal mid-day.
These practices are intended to help you create space within, to honor stillness, and to help you connect to a deeper sense of joy and clarity as we move into 2026.

Lunch will be provided as well as snacks and beverages. Dietary considerations can be made upon request.

Teresa Van Eyk, ERYT500, is a yoga teacher, sacred sound artist, and the owner of Satya Yoga and in Saugatuck, Michigan. She is an experienced and registered yoga teacher at the 500 hour level. Teresa received her training and certifications at the Sangha Yoga Institute as well as studying Ayurveda through The American Institute of Vedic Studies. Teresa is the founder and lead trainer of Satya Yoga’s teacher training programs. Her classes are inclusive and adaptive, intelligently sequenced, infused with yoga philosophy and sacred sound. She considers herself a lifelong student of yoga.
